Q Hotel Plus Krakow

The breakfast was amazing. Comfortable rooms. Great location for exploring the old town and castle. Bus depot nearby for easy transportation.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They made sure I had everything I needed and were always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast offered was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently close to the city center but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle, awesome for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Oh, and the view from my room was fine!

There were a couple of things that were not up to par. the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

Conveniently located near Kazimierz neighbourhood. Spacious room with river view and large windows. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. Helpful, welcoming staff. Makeup mirror in room. Organic soaps and gels provided. Will definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right near a tram stop which was great for getting around the city. Plus, being just off the river and opposite the Jewish District, we had stunning views and plenty of beautiful walks to enjoy. The staff here were wonderful, speaking very good English and providing excellent service. From the bartender to the receptionist, everyone was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, it made us feel instantly welcomed. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was clean and modern. this place exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel. La pulizia della camera era impeccabile, la biancheria era fresca e l'appartamento aveva un aspetto nuovo e accogliente. Il bagno era nuovissimo e moderno. Inoltre, è stato un vantaggio che ci abbiano portato la cena su richiesta durante il periodo di Ramadan poco prima del tramonto, per consentire a mio marito di mangiare. La connessione Wi-Fi era ottima e la TV con canali satellitari ci ha permesso di goderci un po' di intrattenimento.

As young holiday goers, we really enjoyed the modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff was friendly and customer-focused, making us feel at home. The hotel's location near the Town Hall Tower and Jewish district was perfect for exploring the city. We loved the ample breakfast with a variety of high-quality options. The hotel also provided free underground parking, ensuring our safety. The walk to town was pleasant, and we enjoyed strolling along the river bank. With over 30 TV channels, we had plenty of entertainment options in the room.

Felt most welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The location, situated on the edge of the river, provided a modern and picturesque setting. I loved walking along the river to reach the city center, passing by the castle and various shops. The hotel facilities were great, offering safe and free underground parking. The breakfast served was plentiful, varied, and of good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
